Each row shows the person's name, the event, the date and time, and the security code they were given.
Sign Up for Events (Form Registration)
Sometimes you'll get an email asking you to sign up for an event or program. The email has a Register Now button that takes you to the sign-up page.
How to Register
- Pick the events. If there are multiple events listed, tap the ones you want. Some forms sign you up for everything at once (you don't need to pick).
- Pick the people. Tap on your family members who will attend. Selected people have a blue border around them.
- Fill in missing info. If someone is missing required info (like a birthday or email), their tile will have a red "!" on it. Tap it to fill in the missing info, then tap Save & Select.
- Answer any extra questions. If the form has additional questions (like t-shirt size or food preferences), fill those in for each person.
- Tap Register at the bottom. You'll see a message telling you how many people were signed up.
Kiosk Check-In (At Church)
When you arrive at church, you can check in your family at a kiosk (a touchscreen station in the lobby).
- Tap the screen to open the phone keypad.
- Type your phone number using the on-screen buttons (or a keyboard if one is connected).
- Tap Enter. The system finds your family.
- Pick events. You'll see your family members with event tiles next to each person. Tap the event tile for each person you want to check in. If someone only has one event, it's already picked for you.
- Tap "Check In." Labels will print automatically.
People who are already checked in will show up in green with their security code.
Labels
When you check in, labels print out automatically:
Child Label
Goes on your child. Shows their first name (big), last name, allergies in red (if any), the event time and room, and a security code at the bottom.
Parent Pickup Ticket
For you to keep. Shows the security code and today's date. You'll need this to pick up your child after the service. It has a tear line down the middle so you can split it between two parents.
Volunteer Badge
If you're volunteering, you get a name badge with your name, your group, and the time and date.
Common Problems
"Phone number not found" at the kiosk
This means the kiosk can't find your phone number. Make sure:
- You signed up for an account and entered your phone number.
- You verified your phone (the text message with the code).
- You're typing the right phone number.
"No active event found" when checking in
This means there's no event available right now for that person. It usually means:
- The person isn't in a group that has an event today, OR
- It's too early or too late for the event's check-in window.
Ask a volunteer or church staff member for help.
Labels didn't print
- Make sure your browser allows pop-up windows (the labels open in a new window).
- Make sure the label printer is turned on and connected.
- Ask a volunteer to help you reprint.
I got logged out
Your login expires after a while. Just sign in again.
My verification code didn't come
- Wait a minute, then tap Resend Code.
- Make sure the phone number you entered is correct.
- The code expires after 10 minutes, so you may need a new one.
I can't upload a photo
Photos must be JPG, PNG, or WebP and smaller than 5 MB. Try taking a smaller picture or resizing it.
The form says I'm missing required info
Tap the person tile with the red "!" badge. Fill in whatever is missing (birthday, email, phone, etc.), then tap Save & Select.
